Strategies are smart contracts connected to Bentobox. Their goal is to generate yield for idle assets left in the Bentobox vault. Each strategy focuses on a specific asset. There is also a cap on the amount of funds the contract is allowed to deploy to mitigate risks.

As an example, a strategy for USDC could be to loan out 20% of the USDC in Bentobox on Compound.

This is how dApps like Kashi and Trident (which are built on top of Bentobox) can generate extra yield for their users!
