We are excited to announce the launch of Sushi Academy v1. The Academy serves to be the one-stop guide to all things Sushi and DeFi - everything you need to know in one place. For beginners to advanced users, and everyone in between!
We’ve taken on the mission to educate both new and experienced users on everything they need to know about Sushi and our full DeFi suite. Our goal is to make the onboarding journey of people coming into DeFi as easy as possible.
On the Academy website, you’ll find over 100+ articles covering everything from basic swapping, product explainers to advanced lending and borrowing strategies. In v2 we will make sure to provide multiple language support and video tutorials on the most essential articles for a more inclusive learning experience.
Below we’ve broken down the Academy into easy to digest pieces, arming you with everything you need to know to kick-start your journey into DeFi with Sushi.
What information can I find on Sushi Academy?
Sushi Academy will focus on education, see it as a knowledge base where you can find back all the information you’ll need to get started on any of our products. Think; product releases, explainers, strategies and video tutorials #soon.
Next to the Academy we also have the Sushi Blog where you can find the latest press releases, team updates, partnership announcements, governance updates and community initiatives.
How does Sushi Academy work?
We’ve come to understand that both new and current users aren’t always familiar with the different names and terminology within our DeFi suite. That’s why we’ve made the decision to split the Academy and its content into 2 levels:

Product level split: each Sushi product has its own one-pager with all information in one place; from tutorials, step-by-step walkthroughs to technical documentation.

Experience level split: next to the product split we’ve also taken the different difficulty levels into account; from easy explainers (for beginners), advanced strategies (for DeFi natives) to how to build on top of Sushi (for developers).

Or, if you have a targeted search query/question you can always use the search bar to find the information you need.
- In case you want to just browse around and explore the Academy you can start here, choose the topic and filter (if needed) on the relevant difficulty level.
The whole Academy site is also mobile optimized, meaning the site and its content can be easily accessed from all type of mobile devices - making it easy to find information on the go as well!
